This alignment is performed much before the idea is executed and is one of the main reasons why founders loose interest once the startup doesn’t succeed in early stages of gaining product market fit.

Let’s understand the cycle of growth and some important traits that can help you carve out idea of your first start up. The cycle of growth can be understood with these 4 pillars which guide you better in your Strategic Thinking.

Curiosity: How are we created, who created us, what was the prime reason or purpose of creating us? Are you intrigued by these questions quite often? If yes, then you are going in the right direction and all you need to do is keep factoring in and factoring out all possible explanations. You have to identify the purpose of your life and this is mission critical for any Entrepreneur. 

Connection: While you arrive to a possible answer to serve your purpose of your life decide on the medium and ways to do it. For example if you think working for humanity is your purpose of life then you also have to conclude what in humanity you would like to foray into, like Education, Healthcare, Financial Aid or Charity, Politics etc.  Your Intuitive Intelligence, Culture and HBA (Habits, Behavior & Attitude) will guide you to think in the right direction.

Cognition: It’s the stage where you are able to develop the liking and also obtaining objectivity of your goal in your thought process. Remember these 3 Cs are going to be the most important and shall take majority of the time. Ensure that you don’t take any leap of faith and research to the core. 

Your faith in your goal is established with a thorough research and an intuitive intelligence guiding you to reach to the degree of optimal confidence.

Consolidation: Since ages education system throughout the globe has helped people to practice consolidation since early childhood. What you have now understood in stages essentially to be brought under one umbrella. The learnings obtained need to be consistently revised and consumed. Consolidation also fosters your belief in your idea or goal and creates that extra layer which sometimes is needed to stick to your plans.

The idea forms purpose of your life. Your priority shall be your Idea. Every other thing that is not going to impact your purpose of life will be secondary such as hardships, failures and scarcity of money & other resources.
